This project involved the complete reconstruction of a private apartment in Bat Yam, transforming an outdated interior into a bright, contemporary living space with premium finishes and custom design details.
Every engineering system was rebuilt from the ground up, including new electrical wiring, plumbing, drainage, lighting, climate preparation, drywall construction, insulation, flooring, bathrooms, and a fully customized kitchen.
Each room was carefully redesigned to maximize natural light, improve functionality, and create a seamless flow throughout the apartment. Premium materials, custom cabinetry, concealed lighting, and modern architectural details combine to create an elegant and timeless interior.
