This project transformed a newly delivered penthouse from the developer into a fully customized designer home for a young family in Petah Tikva.
Although the apartment was brand new, it required extensive construction and engineering work before it could become a comfortable, functional, and elegant living space. Our team completed a full turnkey renovation, including electrical infrastructure upgrades, plumbing modifications, new bathrooms, custom drywall construction, climate control preparation, premium lighting, a custom kitchen, porcelain tile installation, and all finishing details.
Special attention was given to integrating concealed systems, preparing infrastructure for the fireplace and TV wall, installing new air-conditioning systems, upgrading the electrical panels, and creating clean architectural lines throughout the apartment. Every detail was carefully coordinated with the interior designer and skilled carpenters to achieve a refined, modern look.
