This project involved the complete reconstruction of a premium beachfront apartment located on the first line of the Mediterranean Sea in Netanya. The existing apartment was completely stripped to its structural shell, allowing every engineering system and interior space to be redesigned from the ground up.
Because the building was several decades old, the renovation included replacing outdated infrastructure, removing obsolete piping, and creating a modern layout with contemporary finishes. The result is a bright, elegant residence designed around panoramic sea views, premium materials, and long-term durability.
