One-Year Limited Labor Warranty
Yahalom Build LLC offers a one-year limited labor warranty for remodeling work performed directly by Yahalom Build or by its subcontractors working under the project scope.
The warranty period begins on the date of substantial completion of the project. If a defect is determined to have resulted from improper workmanship during this period, Yahalom Build will have the opportunity to inspect the issue and, when covered, correct the issue at no additional labor cost to the homeowner.
This warranty is intentionally limited to labor only, as manufacturer warranties apply separately to eligible fixtures, equipment, appliances, plumbing products, tile, and other materials according to each manufacturer’s terms.
What Is Not Covered
The Yahalom Build labor warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by flooding, storms, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Misuse, abuse, or failure to perform normal maintenance.
- Damage caused by the homeowner or third parties.
- Work modified or repaired by another contractor.
- Manufacturer or product defects.
- Owner-supplied materials.
- Pre-existing structural, plumbing, electrical, moisture, mold, or other conditions outside our contracted scope.
- Concealed conditions not reasonably discoverable before demolition.
- Damage originating from systems or areas outside our contracted scope.
