This project transformed a two-level penthouse apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv into a modern, high-end residence that combines industrial character with contemporary comfort. Every major building system was upgraded while preserving a warm, inviting atmosphere through the careful combination of natural wood, exposed brick, steel details, and premium finishes.
One of the unique challenges of this renovation was the logistics. Specialty reclaimed-style brick was delivered by crane directly to the upper level to prevent damage and allow precise installation. The project also required integrating new construction with custom architectural details, creating a home that is both visually distinctive and highly functional.
